The West Covina Rose Float Foundation is offering a Community Involvement Scholarship for current Seniors who are planning on attending a community college or a four year college (university). There is one $1000 scholarship and two $750 scholarships.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicant must be a full time high school senior planning on attending a community or a four year college.
Applicant must have completed his/her volunteer hours with either the Rose Float Foundation or for any other non-profit organization serving the City of West Covina (such as the American Red Cross, City of West Covina, church groups, community hospitals, and other non-profit community projects).
To apply, fill out a completed application, a letter of recommendation, a 300 word essay describing your volunteer activities and why you should win the scholarship. Completed applications are due to the West Covina Rose Float Foundation by March 14th.
