Senior Bulletin

Job One: Graduation
Be sure you are clear on all your graduation requirements. We are through with schedule changes, so see your counselor to double check if you are at all uncertain about your graduation status.
Job Two: College Application Process
If you goal is a two year community college or trade/art/tech schools, you only need to earn your high school diploma to qualify. We'll apply in early Spring.
If you goal is to apply for a four year college, you need to be sure of the following:
Completed all A-G requirements
Take the ACT or SAT test

Test Deadlines
For four year colleges, you must complete the SAT or ACT test. We recommend that you do both. Fee waivers are available if you have free/reduced lunch. For UC and other selective colleges, you also need two SAT subject tests. You may sign up online. Fee waivers will be available from Mrs. Hall.

Scholarships and Financial Aid
We will be helping you with this as the year goes on. Scholarships are mostly due this winter/spring. All Seniors should go on fastweb.com and brokescholars.com to do a free scholarship search. Watch out for scholarship and financial aid scams! Never pay for help.
