College Scholarships for Homeless and At-Risk Students

The Horatio Alger Association provides approximately 1,000 scholarships each year (ranging from $2,500 to $20,000) to eligible students who have overcome adversity in their lives. The deadline for applications is midnight on October 25, 2012.
